Pneumatic Marking Machine Maintenance

1. The X and Y axis linear guides should be kept clean, and no dust or iron shavings are allowed to remain on them;

2. Add 20 # oil to the Y-axis linear guide once a month. There is an oiling nozzle on the linear guide. Hold the marking head with your hand and move it back and forth several times.

3. Regularly check the tension of the X and Y axis timing belts (once every three months);

4. Regularly check whether the fastening blocks of the X and Y axis timing belts are loose (once every three months);

5. Clean the cylinder sleeve of the marking head, and do not allow dust, iron filings, etc. to enter the cylinder or copper sleeve;
